is a wonder where Denise Smith gets all of her seemingly inexhaustible
energy. As owner/broker of Royal Realtors and Loan Services in Oakland,
her effervescent manner and enthusiasm is immediately infectious whenever

Ms.

real estate broker and starting her business in March of 1994, she has
expanded and changed locations. In addition, her company is now approved
to broker loans with 30 lenders.
