Meet Denise Smith

It is a wonder where Denise Smith gets all of her seemingly inexhaustible energy. As owner/broker of Royal Realtors and Loan Services in Oakland, her effervescent manner and enthusiasm is immediately infectious whenever she talks about real estate.

Ms. Smith has negotiated both commercial and residential real estate loans in excess of 60 million dollars. In conjunction with the day-to-day operation of her company, she is a freelance real estate portfolio manager for corporations and individuals. She:

  • Manages and organizes all aspects of their property portfolios.
  • Evaluates closed real estate portfolios to determine their feasibility for secondary markets.

Ms. Smith's work ethic was instilled in her by her grandmother who made a seminal impact on her life.

Over the years, those values have served Ms. Smith well. After becoming a real estate broker and starting her business in March of 1994, she has expanded and changed locations. In addition, her company is now approved to broker loans with 30 lenders.
